Promotion Period:

The promotion is open to Gracious Rewards members aged 18 years and over with an eligible direct booking and check-in date between 24 and 30 August 2026 inclusive.

Terms & Conditions:

• Eligible members must have their Gracious Rewards membership correctly attached to their reservation before the daily draw.
• Ten eligible members will be randomly selected each day and will receive either a complimentary room upgrade or a bottle of sparkling wine.
• Room upgrades are subject to availability, operational requirements and the room category determined by The Grace Hotel.
• Sparkling wine will only be supplied to guests aged 18 years and over and is subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements; a non-alcoholic alternative may be provided.
• Winners cannot select their prize, and prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Each member may only win once during the promotional period.
• If a selected member is ineligible, cancels their reservation, does not check in or cannot receive the prize, a replacement winner may be selected.
• The Grace Hotel reserves the right to verify eligibility, amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding as planned.
• Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, confirm eligibility, contact winners and fulfil prizes in accordance with The Grace Hotel’s Privacy Policy.
